It all started with Jaysen Sudnykovych, the founder of TuffWraps.com, a strength gear e-commerce brand that’s been serving athletes and everyday lifters since 2013. Over the past decade, Jason and his team scaled TuffWraps into a global business, and Filipino virtual assistants played a key role in making that happen.

But along the way, we saw the gaps: most VAs were thrown into roles with little training, no support, and no clear path forward. Businesses needed reliable talent. VAs needed real opportunity. That’s why we created TuffCEO.

Hannah, based in the Philippines, is living proof of what's possible. Starting as a VA herself, she grew into a leadership role and now helps shape our training programs from the ground up. She brings the Filipino VA perspective into every lesson, making sure our community gets practical, real-world guidance that works.

Sonia, co-owner of TuffWraps, brings deep experience from the U.S. employer side. She knows what brands want, clear communication, accountability, and people who truly care about the work. Her insight ensures that every VA we train is not only skilled, but prepared to thrive inside a U.S. business environment.
